7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alevenio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed up to that point.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
